2023 Woman of the Year

Lisa Leisenheimer

Lisa is the Demand Planning Leader at Pace Dairy Foods leading a team of 7 forecast analysts, where she has worked for 35 years. Lisa dreamed of moving to Arizona after high school. But that dream changed to staying in MN with her dream man, Andy. They married in 1986. They have made their home in Byron since 1988, raising 3 boys. Lisa and Andy now have 4 grandchildren, and a rescue dog, Ruby. Lisa completed an accounting degree in 1988 when her career at Pace Dairy Foods began. Lisa also has a side business selling Norwex, household cleaning products without toxic chemicals. Lisa became a member of ABWA on 2019 and is currently the chapter Treasurer. Lisa enjoys spending time with grandchildren, traveling, camping, and crafting.

Letticia Callies

Letticia (Dr. Joy) is on a mission to spread joy one person at a time. In 2010 Letticia left collegiate teaching to be a homemaker, raising and home-schooling her 4 children. During her 6th pregnancy, Letticia found Young Living essential Oils, she took her passion for health and wellness to become a brand partner. She is a certified aromatherapist and in 2019 finished her Doctorate of Ministry in Christian Counseling Psychology. Letticia published her first book in 2021, The 7 P’s: Breaking Through to Unshakeable Joy. Dr. Joy owns JOYFull Inspirations, LLC, where she offers support and services to help people overcome obstacles and improve their quality of life. Dr. Joy has been wife to her best friend for 22 years, is a mom to 6 children, home-schools, and a wrestling mom. She enjoys spending time with her family, sampling tea, leading Joy Risers Bible study, worshipping through art and dance, and creating healthy recipes.



Empowering Women through Educational Scholarships

Today’s scholarship recipients are tomorrow’s leaders.  ABWA members have provided opportunities for women to achieve their personal and professional best by championing educational opportunities through the Stephen Bufton Memorial Educational Fund (SBMEF).
